How can I cancel an order
Equipment orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship for either credit or a full refund.
What is the return policy
All equipment items may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase as long as the package has not been opened and all factory seals are still in place. The only exception to this is for items that are found to be defective or have a factory recall.
