Is there a way to get a customized packaged solution?

How can I cancel an order


Equipment orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship for either credit or a full refund. All orders for software being downloaded or sent digitally are final upon completion of purchase.




What is the return policy


All equipment items may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase as long as the package has not been opened and all factory seals are still in place. The only exception to this is for items that are found to be defective or have a factory recall. There is no return for software purchases. Anonymize-Me and/or its subsidiaries are not responsible for any costs associated with the shipment of returned items that are not foudn to be defective.
