SHIPPING POLICY

Items shipped by Anonymize-Me will utilize the USPS or FedEx within the Continental US.  Any shipments outside the US may utilize a joint carrier based on location, region and delivery regulations.

RETURN POLICY

Items shipped by Anonymize-Me within the last 30 days, may be returned until the last day of the following month for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. For more details on policies for items not shipped by Anonymize-Me, see Seller Returns Policies below.

 

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. If the item is not found to be defective, damaged or incorrect, you will receive credit or a refund of the item minus a 25% restocking fee.  If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect a full refund will be processed.  It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it can take up to 48 business hours for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.  Anonymize-Me will automatically refund he full postage cost of the item only if you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

PAYMENT METHOD

Anonymize-Me accepts cash (US Dollars), credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), money orders or travelers checks. 

Unfortunately we do not accept personal or business checks at this time
